Somatic Wellness

I graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage with Director’s Honors. I hold an Advanced certification in Sports Massage Therapy and recently became a RAPID Neuro-fascia Reset (NFR) specialist. Originally from Moose Jaw, I moved to Redcliff in 2009. I have worked in healthcare for 30+ years in various roles before turning to massage therapy. During downtime you can find me in the coulees hiking with my dog, running, swimming at the local pool, or paddle boarding on the river.
